Cappuccino is an Italian coffee drink that is prepared with double espresso, and steamed milk foam. Variations of the drink involve the use of cream instead of milk, and flavoring with cinnamon or chocolate powder. It is made with the temperature of (60-70) degree Centigrade and served at right 60 degree Centigrade. The art in these drinks are while pouring milk foam.
Piccolo Latte
Piccolo Latte is a ristretto shot (15 – 20 ml) topped with warm, silky milk served in a 100 ml glass small latte glass. It is also known as Baby Latte. Its temperature and serving temperature is quiet more than that of cappuccino.
