Burger and Smiles


When you say the word “burger",  The quality of the meat is important, of course, but the most important factor is fat. Burgers should be composed of meat that is at least 20 percent fat.  

Get a cast-iron pan. There is no better surface on which to cook a burger. The fat that renders out of the meat gathers around the patty as it cooks, crisping the exterior and adding a great deal of flavor.

After the patty is ready, the important part will be the selection of burger bun. The bun i.e. bread should never overwhelm the burger.  Now its time to cut the bun into half horizontally and add cheese. You can dress up the burger with any cheese as long as it melts. Followed by, the addition of different toppings and the patty you like. Then you can add different kinds of condiments such as mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. And then you cover the burger with the top bun. Finally, your BURGER is READY...

Now with the smiles, you just need to buy the pre-designed potato smiles. After that you need to deep fry the smiles in a suitable amount to heat and your POTATO SMILES is READY...
